Launching the first EESC Twitter Spaces Podcast Quo vadis, China?

“Quo vadis, China?” is the new podcast from the Eastern Europe Studies Centre that aims to provide informative and insightful discussions on current events, historical context, and the political and economic landscape of China. With the help of distinguished guests from various fields, the podcast explores different perspectives and viewpoints to provide a well-rounded analysis of complex issues that are relevant not only on a regional but also on a global level.

In the first episode “China’s Two Sessions: A Glimpse into the Future?”, the hosts will try to unravel the mysteries of what exactly is China’s Two Sessions, its significance, processes, and how it differs from other Chinese political events. One of the main highlights of the Two Sessions is the Government Work Report and personnel overhaul. What does it tell us about where is China heading to and what can we expect from it this year?

The podcast will start at 14:00 EET and will be broadcast via the EESC Twitter account.
